1. Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delay Notification: If inventory shortages or other issues arise, we will contact you via email (service@luminaryrune.com) within 24 hours.

2. Domestic Shipping (Mainland China)

• Shipping Fees:
  ✅ Free shipping on orders over ¥199.
  ⚠️ A flat fee of ¥10 applies to orders below this threshold (calculated automatically at checkout).

• Delivery Timeline:
  📦 3-5 business days for delivery (delays may occur due to pandemics/extreme weather).
  🚚 Carriers: SF Express, JD Logistics.

3. International Shipping

• Supported Regions: United States, Mexico, Canada, New Zealand, Australia.

• Customs Duties:
  ⚠️ Recipients are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees (placing an order constitutes acceptance of this term).
  💡 We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations (e.g., USCBP for the USA) before ordering.

• Delivery Timeline:
  🌏 8-15 business days (extended to 20 days for remote areas like Mexico/New Zealand).
  📮 Carriers: DHL International, EMS.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Eligibility:
  ✅ Items must be unused, with original tags attached, and in undamaged packaging.
  ⏰ Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).

• Return Process:
  1️⃣ Email service@luminaryrune.com (subject: "Return + Order Number").
  2️⃣ Provide order number + product photos (defective items require photos within 48 hours).
  3️⃣ Upon approval, we will email a return label and designated address.
  ⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Special Terms for EU Consumers

• 🛡️ Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers retain the right to return items without justification within 14 days.

• 📅 The return period begins the day after delivery.

• 🆓 Return shipping costs are covered by us (using our provided return label).
