Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at service@luminaryrune.com if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Cannot return:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Return your item first. Once approved, place a new order separately.

EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel orders within 14 days of delivery without justification. Standard return conditions apply (unused with original packaging/tags).

Refunds
We will:

  1. Notify you after return inspection

  2. Approve/deny refund within 10 business days
